Very good service and very clean room
The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. Like most hotels in Carrizo Springs this one has no pool. But the room was nice. The breakfast was good. And it is not far from shopping and restaurants. The airport and golf course are directly across the highway. I would definitely come back.
Rooms are nice. Had a guy at 3 in the morning honking his horn and yelling at someone. Took 45 minutes for them to stop. That was very annoying and thought the hotel could do a better job of addressing that situation
THIS IS AN AWFUL PLACE WITH A BED BUG INFESTATION!! ROOM 209 WITHOUT A DOUBT HAS BED BUGS! My family and I drove from Corpus Christi because we were forced to evacuate from the hurricane. After finding bed bugs the devil at the front tried to immediately blame my animal (not how bed bugs work) he tried to say WE brought the full grown adults with us. HE REFUSED TO REFUND US ANY OF OUR MONEY AND CALLED THE COPS ON US. After the cops talked to him he agreed to clean the room and since everything within a 150 mile radius was fully booked we had no other option but to wait the 4 hours he said it would take to clean and kill the BED BUGS. After waiting 4 hours and coming back (it is now 11pm at night, dark and stormy) he tries to force us to pay without even going through the room at all. After going with him to the room he then says "I found nothing when I was in here" and we took 2 seconds to flip a mattress and find MORE BED BUGS and after showing them to him, HE STILL WAS IN DENIAL!! He refused to refund our money, he refused to help find us another hotel and he was completely in denial of the problem. HE SAID HE WOULD PUT OTHER PEOPLE IN THAT ROOM SO BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY! The cops found bed bugs, we found bed bugs, the manager found bed bugs and still nothing was done except my card was charged for everything (even nights we didn't stay). 0 compassion and 0 responsibility taken on the part of the hotel and if you took the time to read this thank you and use the info wisely.
It was the shittiest place to stay Carrizo is a shuttle of a town and Sanchez Oil & Gas is ruining the town
