Unhelpful staff do not care for there customers, came in after a 10 hour shift to find out some idiot decided to put a water softener in , water was shut off in hotel for 4 hrs without any prior notice.
Decent place to stay. Rooms always available.
Very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff is very helpful and made my stay with my family perfect and very accommodating.
My stay at the Carrizo Springs Holiday Inn Express wasn't an enjoyable one . After waking from my first night I found medication in pill form in a folded paper towel in between the sheets . This tells me that the linens weren't changed from the last guest stay to mine . I had the cleaning lady bring me new linens that I put on myself. I'd also like to say that the day time clerk is very rude and inconsiderate. She was the reason I decided to change to a different motel . Nice motel but some bad staff ruined my stay !
I've been here a couple times before but have to say Anmary in the front is so friendly and helpful. She remembers many guests by name which adds a good friendly touch when your out of town. The hotel is very clean, well decorated, very roomy and I would definitely recommend staying if your in town. Only thing I would add is cookies!
