We came here to evacuate from Hurricane Harvey and have had an amazing experience. The owner is very involved and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Pool is nice, cable is included, workout room is nice and laundry facilities available and affordable!!
My husband and I have been here since April with my husband's work and we are so happy. The owners have always been very accommodating and ready to take care of any problems or concerns we might have. The park is super nice and the pool is great. It's also nice that there's a laundry/ workout room on the premises. So if your looking for a nice place to stay, I highly recommend SB RV.
So first I'll start off with the reason we went to this RV park. We were evacuating for huricane Harvey. We stop at the local Walmart as we were passing thru to go to uvalde. But uvalde was all booked up. So I gave the local carrizo springs RV parks a call. At around 7ish am. I am greeted by a friendly voice letting us know they had a spot available for us. And they exept large dogs ( I have a great Dane). I pulled in and am greeted outside as I'm walking up by the owner. Extremely nice woman. I get in and out of office in about 5 minutes with my free dish receiver that they provide for satalite tv. And am off to my spot. ....here is we're the real reason for outstanding 5 star review. I hook up my RV and within about a hour we noticed our RV had some electrical issues. Come to find out it was the RV park pedestal. I let the owner know she comes out and looks at it and imediatly calls a outside company to look at. They arrive within 20 minutes and fix the ground issue. It did cause the ground on my 30 amp cord to melt ever so slightly. I wasn't to worried about it. As I know it was fine. But the owner went out of her way to have it replaced as well they put a very nice plug on it that has the pull handle. Also the whole ordeal took about 4 hours. And with no a/c and a wife and kid and dog. That can get pretty fun. Haha. But she also refunded us our money for the day. All and all the place is super easy to pull in and park very very clean. And super affordable. Best service I have had in a very long time. I would highly recommend this park to anyone traveling around the area.
My family and I have been staying here for the last 4 years . This park is home away from home. The owners make us fell like family. They are willing to make your stay the best. This park is the best in town. Clean and safe my kids love running around and play with everyone. You will love to stay here too.
I give this RV Park a 5 Star Rating. With plenty of room to drive in the park and pull through the RV space, spots are spacious, property is kept very clean, quiet and I love how the pool and pavilion are next to each other and away from the RV spaces. I like the convenience of it being located close to the city and not miles out. But with the luxury of an on-site laundry room, fitness center and propane filling station only thing I need to drive in to the city for is groceries. The management are very nice and will help you with anything you may need and they live on the premises. It gives me piece of mind someone is there while I'm away. I highly recommend it and will continue staying with them.
